Everything you need to know about our move week...

When do you move?
We are closing our doors on 27th June at 5.30pm and we will re-open on 7th July at 9am.

Can I prop jobs the week prior to the close?
Absolutely, we are ‘business as normal’ right up until the end of the 27th.

What if my job is shooting during the closed week, how will I get my props?
Don’t worry, all props will be packed and ready to go by end of 27th, with invoice dates that link to exact shoot dates. Couriers will be able to PICK UP from W3 7QE at anytime during working hours of that week. Please inform us when booking the job, of exact courier pick up times.

Can I come in and prop the week of the closure?
We will be there and happy to help in any way possible. However popping in to prop will be tricky, we will be reachable though, via email and phone and able to facilitate small prop requests. We can also reserve surfaces required for on going jobs or source options for any required immediately as we re-open.

I have an emergency prop problem whilst on a shoot, will you be able to help?
Yes of course we will. Email or call directly, we will sort it. We are available to help!

Can I book my usual return courier through you?
Most definitely, email us with the full job details, pick up address and contact name and we will organise this for you.

My shoot is finishing the week of the closure, what do I do about returning props?
That’s easy, to return props, please send your courier to our NEW ADDRESS: 154 Dukes Road. W3 0SL during working hours. We will be there!

When do you re-open in the new building?
We are looking forward to welcoming you into the NEW China and Co at 154 Dukes Road, W3 0SL from 7th July from 9am. There are lots of free parking spaces and we will have the kettle on.
